JT Special Feature: Things you never knew about Tony Romo

Is that true?Answer: No it is not. While Burlington went 3-6 during Romo’s senior season in 1997, the Demons went 9-3 despite an 0-2 start in 1996 and advanced to the third round of the WIAA Division 2 playoffs. After never having played quarterback in high school prior to his junior season, Romo completed 126 of 193 passes (65.2 percent) for 1,863 yards, with 26 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.Question: What were the reasons for Burlington going 3-6 during Romo’s senior season? .

Hidayat, Super Dan on course for HK clash
HONG KONG Olympic champion Taufik Hidayat and world number one Lin Dan remained on course for a Hong Kong Open badminton quarter-final showdown after crushing wins here yesterday. Lin Super Dan dispatched Englishman Andrew Smith 21-17, 21-5 while Hidayat routed Chinas Chen Hong 21-11, 21-13 in just 23 minutes in the first round. Hidayat, still in search of his first Super Series title, will play South Koreas Park Sung Hwan in round two on Thursday while Lin is strong favourite against Shoji Sato of Japan. Hidayat and Lin share badmintons hottest rivalry, although the famously hot-tempered Indonesian has not beaten his Chinese rival since the 2005 world championship final. Im not thinking about Lin Dan yet, Hidayat shrugged. Well see the day after tomorrow.
Video Game Delays Are A Slap In The Face
Game delays are like the physical equivalent to being slapped in the face and being offered an ice pack two months after the fact. Well not a slap to the face, maybe just a punch to the stomach. Game developers in their infinite wisdom and kindly nature find it in their best interest to get the gaming public overwhelmingly excited about an upcoming game and then move the date of its release so far-off in the future that you lose any hope of playing that game before your next birthday. Developers may even postpone a title's release so far in the future that you might not see yourself playing video games at that time, but rather raising your grandchildren. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but different developers have a variety of different reasons for delaying games - some of them are good reasons, some are bad reasons and some are reasons the public at large may never understand.

Amélie Guertin will be remembered as an energetic, unselfish girl who was a hard worker and never took no for an answer. When she was three or four years old she wanted a dog, but her parents said no. For the next two months she pretended she was a puppy; walking on four legs, panting, barking, rubbing her ear, said Am‚lie's mom Lynne with tears in her eyes and a smile on her face, "until we gave in and got her a dog." The dog, named Lady, would become one of many animals who would receive love and care from the Timmins girl affectionately known as "belle blonde." Dogs were her favourite animal, but she also liked reptiles, bugs and a gerbil named Speedy. "She used to feed grey jay birds at our cottage," said Lynne. "They would come right up and sit in her hand.
